PFAS-PLUS is our new website which will focus on PFAS chemical compounds, found in nearly all water, including humans, plants, animals. My position as director will be to provide regulatory updates, advisories and agencies' recommendations. These cancer causing man-made compounds are called "Forever Chemicals" which describes their lifespans in nature.

Recycled waste solvents into clean reusable solvents at the generator’s location, reducing or eliminating hazardous wastes. Instrumental in growth of the company that included several Illinois Governor Recycling Awards for hazardous waste reduction.
Promoted to sales and transportation manager responsible for training new employees in waste profiling, EPA reports, record keeping and routing of full- service trucks to transport other hazardous wastes for customers. Expanded services included non-hazardous parts washer service, automotive fluid recycling including oil filters and absorbents. Implemented laboratory services for TCLP and Total metals testing, PCB testing, chlorine in used oil and non-hazardous waste determination.

Recycling services with outside companies included recycling of used oil and antifreeze, spent acids, universal wastes, hazardous and non-hazardous wastes as independent contractors. This included helping to develop a new technology that utilized methane gas from landfills to power recycling equipment that recovered oils and caustics from liquid waste materials.
2018 to Present
Expanded recycling services to include organics such as food processing wastes, alternative energy wastes and by-products and off spec food wastes. The main methods of organics recycling includes anaerobic digestion and composting that manage wastes for small, medium and large waste generators, including several Fortune 500 food and alternative energy companies.
Since 2020 increasingly active in consulting and management of PFAS contaminated ground waters, biosolids and industrial wastes. As the public becomes more aware of the dangers of the thousands of PFAS chemical compounds, there will be an increasing need for PFAS testing and management of waste materials such as landfill leachate and WWTP effluents and biosolids.
Our new company, Source One Group, Inc will consolidate the services of Source One Environmental and Source One Organics under the umbrella of the parent company, Source One Group, Inc. The focus of services offered by Source One Group, Inc will be consulting and management of wastes generated by SQGs (Small Quantity Generators), VSQGs (Very Small Waste Generators) and LQGs (Large Quantity Generators) which are the three categories establish by the US EPA of hazardous waste generators.
